In the phosphorus and copper ball workshop, President Peng bingfeng introduced the project of“Research and development of key technologies and industrialization of high-precision and high-efficiency automatic production line of microcrystalline phosphorus and copper balls” of the group, in 2022, the project was shortlisted by the Provincial Science and Technology Department, and was also selected as the first batch of digital technology application scenario demonstration projects in Jiangxi province. The production line is energy-saving, efficient and fully automated, and can be fully connected to production management through computer and mobile phone terminals, to achieve the cost, materials, quality and marketing of the dynamic tracking and procurement, production, sales logistics integrated collaborative management.
Comrade Qin Yi asked about the investment and construction of the Xiaojin new materials project, which is under construction. Peng replied: the project has a total investment of 2 billion yuan and production equipment is being installed. Upon completion of the project, the annual production capacity of 500,000 tons of high-performance aluminum alloy (ingot) bars is expected to reach an annual output value of more than 10 billion. “Low-carbon, circular, green and sustainable” development philosophy, the use of advanced automated production equipment, using clean energy, the building above all built photovoltaic power generation, not only will it save money on electricity bills and costs, but it will also save carbon that can be traded in the future for faster, more efficient energy savings.
