On the afternoon of May 27, 2021, Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of CPC Municipal Committee,Wang Yaqing, Deputy Secretary General of CPC Municipal Government, Huang Haiyou, Party Secretary of Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Wu Huangrong, District Chief of Yujiang District Government, Luo Weiguo and his delegation visited Jiangxi Baotai Group to inspect the production line of phosphor copper ball.
Accompanied by Peng Bingfeng, President of the Group, we visited the workshop of phosphorous copper ball. President Peng introduced the production line process of phosphorous copper ball in detail: from the original two basic processes of continuous casting and continuous extrusion, the company added several production lines of automatic mucking ball, automatic cleaning, weighing and packaging, and added intelligent robot, unmanned forklift and other high automation equipment. Phosphorus and copper ball workshop of the group is an advanced automatic production line of phosphorus and copper ball in China, which greatly saves manpower and material resources. After that, they visited the workshop of copper plate belt with annual output of 50,000 tons under construction. These workshops are under construction and will be put into production in the next few months.
After the visit, Vice Mayor Wang Yaqing affirmed the recent development of our company and offered guidance and suggestions for the future development of our company: First, in the future development plan, the group enterprise should move toward the goal of going public, and make the enterprise bigger and stronger. Second, at the same time, plant construction of the enterprise also need to keep up with the pace, plant planning should be beautiful, high standards to promote plant greening construction, but also in line with the national "carbon neutral" and "carbon emissions" requirements, the enterprise should build a green factory.
